Puff Pancake Recipe

Posted on May 25, 2017

Here’s the recipe for the Puff Pancake I mention in Chapter 29 of my book, God’s Patient Pursuit of My Soul. I’ve been baking it for over 30 years. My favorite way to eat it is to squeeze fresh lemon juice over it and sprinkle with powdered sugar. My children prefer syrup. Enjoy! Puff Pancake Ingredients: 3 tbsp. Posted on Dec 30, 2016

I love acorn squash. And butternut squash. And pumpkin. There’s more, but those are my top three. So good for you, so hearty. The trouble is, they intimidate so many people. All you need is a knife, a spoon, a plate, and a microwave. In this short post, I want to break down those intimidations and get a lip-smacking mouthful of this vegetable into your mouth. Deal? Cheese by any other name (like pre-shredded) is full of it

If you were a customer of mine from my Pampered Chef days, you’ve already heard about why you want to avoid buying bagged grated cheeses and instead, to grate your own cheese. Pomegranate! How to cut open one fast . Plus a strawberry tip?

I can never remember how to open a pomegranate. Why learn how to easily open one?  Pomegranates have antioxidant, antiviral and antitumor properties. They are said to be good sources of vitamins, since it includes vitamin...
